Looking into 2024 and beyond our goal is to collaborate and support the rising athletes and invest in the future of the Martial Arts community. The students and competitors of today are the superstars and instructors of tomorrow! We want to provide educational and networking opportunities for our Ultimate Athletes so they in return can give back to the community.
Brand Ambassadors are those competitors that are already Ultimate Weapons customers that represent our brand online and within their training and competitions. Ambassadors will have access for special events, help with beta testing new products, colors, or designs, receive ambassador discounts and additional swag. To apply to be a brand ambassador you may email our manager Marie or just tag us on social media to show us you are ultimate!
The Ultimate Athletes/ambassador role is primarily a social media role.
Ultimate Weapons goal is NOT to build a competition team or "sponsor" competitors. We will NEVER create or offer "team or company uniforms".
Our intention is to build a community and platform for all of the martial arts community where everyone can belong. We do not intend to "draft" or take any student or competitor from their school, instructor, or team. The Ultimate Athletes is meant to be an additional resource and community of support to aid our ambassadors in their goals.
Due to community guidelines we as a company are not able to leverage social media advertising, our company and all our products are a violation of all social media community rules and guideline. We cannot boost post, do paid ads, or many other "traditional" options to grow our reach and following. We must rely on pure organic social media growth and content. However, we have found that content made and posted by our ambassadors as athletes using the weapons does gain traction and is not removed or shadow banned. Our goal is to have 80% of our social media content come from our ambassadors and tag us our make us a post collaborator. When we are at events, we can also host social media takeovers where athletes can post directly from our primary account or vlog their experiences. The primary role of an Ultimate ambassador is to build your own social media accounts while also making content about you martial arts training and use of Ultimate Weapons. Athletes that are the most active in building a social media presence will earn opportunities to beta test new products, colors, gain an ambassador rate for their weapons purchases and more.
We do intend to continue hosting weapons trick battles at NASKA or PROMAC events as we are able to and host our annual summit in Knoxville.
To Be a Brand Ambassador you must
1. MUST be actively training in the Martials Arts. ( This means you must have a primary school/dojo where your are training and ranking in your style)
2. MUST be regularly competing on ANY tournament circuit Min 3 times a year. ( this could be NASKA, PROMAC, USA Sport, CMA, ATA Exc.....
3. MUST use and love Ultimate Weapons exclusively (our athletes are the face and representation of our brand and products we want our Athletes to be made up of REAL genuine customers, we do NOT buy loyalty.
4.Must have an active social media account, Instagram is a must, Tik Tok, and Facebook in addition are approved as well.
5. MUST be a positive influence in the martial arts community ( we are building a community of diversity and positivity that crosses styles, rank, team affiliations ect... EVERY athlete is an Ultimate Athlete
