Refund Policy

We have a NO return policy, unless manufacturing error. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns request must be made in writing directly to the shop within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Ultimate Weapons prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

We do not accept returns for any custom design or item with your LOGO except in the event of damage during transit ( Insured items only)  or manufacturing fault.

Please email us with details of the product prior to requesting a return. To start a return, you can contact us at marie@ultimateweapons.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Ultimate Weapons at sales@ultimateweapons.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Damages caused by shipping carrier are not the responsibility of Ultimate Weapons. If your package is damaged or broken during shipping please notify us and we will be happy to remake the order, charges will apply. Customer must file insurance claims with the shipping provider to be reimbursed for the damaged or broken items.  Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.



Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items due to the custom nature of our products. 


Exchanges 

We do not offer product exchanges due to the custom nature of all our products.


Refunds 

All sales are final and non-refundable, as every item is custom-made. In the event of manufacturing error and damage during delivery, product replacement may be requested in writing or an account credit may be applied to future orders.
